FontsStack respects the intellectual property rights of type designers and foundries. We only intend to host fonts that are free to distribute, and we act quickly when a rights holder tells us otherwise. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright.

Our commitment

Every font is reviewed for its license before publishing. If a font is not free to distribute, we link out to where it can be licensed instead of hosting it. Despite our checks, mistakes can occur — if a file has been published in error, we want to fix it.

How to file a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner (or an agent authorised to act on their behalf) and believe a font or other material on FontsStack infringes your rights, please email us at nicholasanthonydev@outlook.com with the subject line "Copyright / DMCA Notice" and include the following:

  1. Your full name and contact details (email address and, if relevant, the organisation you represent).
  2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on fontsstack.com of the material you want removed, so we can find it.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material — usually within a few business days. We may also notify the person who submitted the font, if applicable.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why, along with your contact details and signature. We will review counter-notices in good faith.

You can also report a problem with a specific font using the report link on its page or the report form. For formal copyright matters, the email process above is the fastest route.
