Welcome to FontsStack. By accessing or using fontsstack.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Using the Site

FontsStack provides font previews, information and downloads for personal and, where indicated, commercial use. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example by scraping at scale, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it to distribute malware.

2. Font licenses are what govern use

This is the most important thing to understand: each font is governed by its own license, set by the font's designer or foundry — not by FontsStack. We show the license status we understand to apply to each font (for example, "free for commercial use" or "personal use only"), but you are responsible for reading and complying with the specific license that comes with each font before you use it.

  • Fonts marked free for commercial use may generally be used in commercial projects, subject to their own license terms.
  • Fonts marked personal use only require a separate license from the designer for any commercial use. Where possible, we link to where that license can be purchased.
  • We do not sell font licenses and are not a party to any license between you and a designer.

3. Accounts

Some features, such as saving favourites or submitting fonts, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

4. User submissions

If you submit a font, review or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us permission to display it on the Site. You must not submit content that infringes anyone's rights or that is unlawful. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

The FontsStack name, layout, original text and design are the property of FontsStack and its operator. Fonts remain the property of their respective designers and are provided under their own licenses. You may not copy or reproduce the Site's own content without permission.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Please read our full Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FontsStack is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or of any font downloaded from it.

7. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe a font hosted here infringes your copyright, please follow our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
